Clients may pay for sessions by cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
I accept all PPO insurances. As a service to you, if I am not listed as a provider with your insurance company, I will bill your insurance company as an “Out of Network” provider.
You are, however, required to pay your co-pay amount before each session and to provide me with the authorization number (given to you from your insurance company) for treatment at your first session.
When calling your insurance company, you may want to ask these questions:
- 1. What percentage of my bill will be paid for services obtained
from an out-of-network provider? - 2. How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- 3. What is my deductible?
- 4. What is my co-payment?
- 5. What is my authorization number?
I offer a reduced fee to psychology students who are undergoing therapy as part of their training.
